Practice Areas: Car Crashes, Trucking Crashes

Ashley is a partner and head of the personal injury practice group. She focuses her practice on car crashes, truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, and dog bites or other animal attacks. Ashley chose this area by happy coincidence. Prior to practicing personal injury law, Ashley was a civil rights litigator practicing in the areas of employment, criminal defense, and juvenile law. She also worked as guardian ad litem in the courts helping abused, neglected, and dependent children. All of these areas had one thing in common: they required Ashley to help people during the most vulnerable times of their lives.

After joining the firm, Ashley took on her very first car crash case and achieved a six-figure result. Most importantly, however, Ashley helped that client recover her health and obtain her financial independence. Ashley knew then that personal injury law was the place in the legal world where she could make the most positive impact.

Ashley wants every client to know that each case is different. The facts are different. The people are different. The law is different. Good lawyers know this, and they analyze and treat each case differently. When this happens, clients get a good and positive result.

In her spare time, Ashley is the loudest travel baseball mom in the stands and a dance mom. She is currently chasing her smallest little Starling around the house, who just became mobile. She is also former Mrs. Ohio America and enjoys dancing for fitness.
