Herbert “Hans” Strayer practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Defense, Probate, and General Litigation. He also handles Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration matters.

Hans began practicing in consumer bankruptcy “Chapter 7s and 13s” in 2003. He has represented and helped thousands of families and individuals recapture their financial independence by utilizing the bankruptcy code. He chose bankruptcy and foreclosure defense to help people in tough economic situations and strives to offer support to clients as they navigate financial challenges.

Hans is experienced in assisting with estate planning. He offers legal assistance with drafting wills, creating trusts, creating powers of attorney, modifying existing estate planning documents, asset protection, navigating the probate process, and more.

Hans received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo. Prior to that, Hans attended Ohio Northern University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.

Hans enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
