Practice Areas: Social Security Disability

Britton is the attorney at Willis Spangler Starling who handles the Social Security Disability claims. Britton attend Marshall University in Huntington University where she received a Bachelors degree in History with a minor in Political Science in 2000. Britton attended Capital University Law School where she was member of the Order of the Curia, President of the Women’s Law Association of Capital University and she Received the CALI Award for Excellence in Adoption Law. She received her J.D. in 2003.

Britton’s interest in practicing Social Security law began when she was successful in helping her uncle receive Social Security benefits. She’s now been practicing in this area for most of her career. Britton is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and a past chair of the Social Security Disability committee of the Columbus Bar Association.

Britton loves helping people meet their basic needs of income and medical care by helping them get approved for benefits. Britton has developed the expertise to help guide her clients through the gambit of the Social Security Administration appeals process. She helps her clients with compassion and understanding.

Britton is originally from Huntington, West Virginia. She loves spending time with her family going to see live performances together, especially musical theatre.
