Bill Polhamus is an attorney who is Of Counsel to the law firm of Willis Spangler Starling and has been since 2013. Before that he was in practice with an attorney who is now retired. He limits his law practice areas to Ohio BWC law and Social Security at this point in time assisting those injured while working and now needing benefits from the Ohio Workers’ Compensation system as well as those who become unable to work because of medical issues and need Social Security Disability funds. These agencies have many rules and regulations which he can help one navigate to reach a fair and just result.
He has been emphasizing his law practice in these areas since 1973. He feels that he would best be help those in times of need at critical times in their lives if he concentrated on just those areas.
His hope would be that people contact a knowledgeable attorney as soon as possible to help them obtain the quickest and best resolution of their needs in the least possible time. He feels that what he does is a privilege and a trust which he honors.
He is active in church activities and with several charities which help sick and injured people. Besides his wife of 52 years one of his best friends is their rescue dog, Sugar, with whom he has daily walks.
